Fertility Care

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build their families through a thoughtful, personalized approach to fertility care. My goal is to support you in achieving a healthy pregnancy and welcoming a healthy baby—while honoring the unique circumstances of your fertility journey.

Fertility is complex, and every path is different. Whether you are just beginning to explore conception, have been trying without success, or preparing for or undergoing fertility treatments, I provide informed, attentive care tailored to you.

A Comprehensive, Individualized Approach

With my reproductive endocrinology background, I take a comprehensive and integrative approach to fertility care. My focus is on understanding the full picture—identifying underlying factors, optimizing your health, and supporting your body’s natural reproductive processes.

Care may include:

  • Preconception planning and fertility optimization
  • Egg and sperm quality support
  • Hormonal evaluation and balance (including PCOS/PMOS and irregular cycles)
  • Support for miscarriage and recurrent pregnancy loss
  • Unexplained infertility
  • Male infertility
  • Thyroid and metabolic health
  • Lifestyle and nutritional optimization
  • IUI (intrauterine insemination) offered in-office for appropriate candidates
  • IUI and IVF preparation and support (including collaboration with fertility clinics)
  • Prescription medications when indicated, such as ovulation induction (letrozole or clomiphene), progesterone support, thyroid medication, or cycle regulation

Every treatment plan is personalized and evolves as your body and circumstances change.

Male Fertility Support

Sperm health and quality play a significant role in fertility and are often under-addressed.

I work with male partners and sperm donors to evaluate and improve sperm health, including count, motility, morphology, and DNA integrity. With targeted treatment, meaningful improvements can often be seen within a relatively short timeframe. Addressing both partners allows for a more complete and effective approach to fertility care.

Collaborative Care

I collaborate closely with reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, midwives, and other providers to ensure your care is cohesive and well-coordinated. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing IUI or IVF, I integrate seamlessly with your existing care plan and refer when needed.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

For patients who may benefit from a more supported approach to conception, I offer IUI (intrauterine insemination) within my practice.

This allows for a more personalized, closely monitored experience while still maintaining a thoughtful, integrative approach to care. For those working with larger fertility clinics, I also provide support alongside your treatment plan.

If you’re considering IUI or wondering whether it may be appropriate for you, we can discuss this as part of your care plan.

A More Personal Care Experience

Your care here is intentionally different.

You will not be rushed through appointments or passed between providers. I take the time to truly know my patients—their history, their cycles, their concerns, and their goals. This continuity allows for more precise, responsive care and a deeper level of support throughout your journey. I am deeply committed to my patients and genuinely invested in their outcomes. That means being thoughtful, thorough, and attentive—every step of the way.

What to Expect

Your First Fertility Visit

Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment focused on understanding your full health picture. First visits can be tailored to couples or individuals.
We will review:

  • Your menstrual cycle and hormonal patterns
  • Environmental and lifestyle impacts to sperm health and ovarian health
  • Medical and fertility history
  • Previous labs and treatments
  • Inherited genetic factors

From there, we create a clear, individualized plan that may include further testing, naturopathic treatment, and acupuncture support.
Ongoing care is tailored, consistent, and adjusted as needed—so you always feel supported and moving forward with clarity.

Common Reasons Patients Seek Care

Patients often come to my practice with a wide range of fertility concerns. Some of the most common include:

  • Difficulty getting pregnant (trying to conceive / TTC)
  • Irregular or absent menstrual cycles
  • Low progesterone or luteal phase concerns
  • PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) – PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome)
  • Endometriosis
  • Hormonal imbalances affecting ovulation
  • Recurrent miscarriage or pregnancy loss
  • Unexplained infertility
