Meet Dr. Wong

Dr. Wong ND, LAc

I believe healthcare should feel personal, compassionate, and deeply supportive. My goal is to create a space where patients feel truly seen, heard, and cared for —particularly during some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. As one patient beautifully shared, “She is a light in an otherwise cold and isolating system.” That sentiment reflects the heart of how I practice medicine every day.

I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master’s in Acupuncture from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2011. With advanced training in naturopathic and Chinese medicine, I combine evidence-informed care with a thoughtful, whole-person approach that honors the complexity of each individual’s health journey.

My practice focuses on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.  I support patients navigating fertility challenges, PCOS (PMOS), painful or irregular cycles, hormonal imbalances, and pregnancy loss with clarity, and personalized care. I work with people of all genders and backgrounds, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where patients feel safe and respected.

Helping families grow is one of the greatest privileges of my work. I love guiding patients from preconception through pregnancy and into postpartum recovery, offering steady support, gentle encouragement, and collaborative care along the way. Whether we are working toward conception, optimizing hormonal health, or supporting overall wellness, my aim is always to help patients feel empowered, informed, and cared for.

It is my greatest joy to be a mother.  When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, hiking, exploring the Puget Sound, and playing. I particularly enjoy cooking family meals with fresh produce from my garden.

Specialties

Fertility

Whether you’re hoping for your first child or looking to grow the family you already cherish, I am passionate about providing personalized, holistic fertility care to support your goals. Through personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, herbal medicine, and acupuncture, I work to optimize fertility and support reproductive health.

Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or pursuing assisted reproductive treatments, I collaborate closely with your midwife, OB/GYN, and/or IVF clinic to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. As part of your healthcare team, I offer expert guidance, individualized treatment plans, and compassionate support every step of your fertility journey.

Pregnancy

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is supporting families from preconception through pregnancy and, ultimately, celebrating the arrival of their baby. Whether you’ve worked with me during your fertility journey or are seeking care after becoming pregnant, I am honored to provide holistic support throughout your pregnancy.

As a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist, I work collaboratively with your healthcare team to support a healthy pregnancy. While I provide adjunctive prenatal care and guidance, I am not a midwife or obstetric provider. All pregnant patients must also be under the care of a licensed midwife, OB/GYN, or family physician who is responsible for monitoring the pregnancy and attending the birth.

Postpartum

I love supporting families in the tender weeks and months after birth, when your body, hormones, emotions, and daily rhythms are all shifting at once.

Postpartum care with me focuses on helping you recover, rebuild strength, balance your mood, and navigate feeding, sleep, and the many changes that come with welcoming a new baby. I also support patients well beyond the early postpartum period—whether you are newly postpartum or years beyond birth and still not feeling like yourself.

While I provide naturopathic and acupuncture support during this transition, I encourage you to stay connected with your primary care team and your child’s pediatric provider to ensure comprehensive care for both you and your baby.
