Getting Started
Your first visit is a 60-minute, comprehensive evaluation of your health and fertility. We will review your menstrual cycle, medical history, previous labs or treatments, and your goals. From there, we create a personalized plan that may include additional testing, naturopathic treatment, acupuncture, and next steps.

Yes. I offer virtual consultations for patients throughout Washington State. This allows for flexible, accessible care—especially for initial visits, follow-ups, and lab reviews.
Fertility & Treatment Approach
Yes. I offer IUI (intrauterine insemination) within my practice for appropriate candidates. We will determine together whether this is a suitable option based on your history and goals
Absolutely. I regularly support patients who are undergoing care with reproductive endocrinologists or larger fertility clinics. This includes IUI and IVF cycles, with treatment tailored to integrate seamlessly with your existing care plan.
Yes. I frequently collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, midwives, and other providers. My role is to complement your care and help ensure a comprehensive, well-coordinated approach.
My practice is focused exclusively on fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I provide highly personalized, one-on-one care with continuity throughout your treatment. This allows for a deeper understanding of your case, more thoughtful treatment planning, and ongoing adjustments based on your response.
Testing & Diagnostics
I offer targeted, cycle-specific lab testing to better understand your hormones and overall physiology. This may include cycle day 2–3 labs, 7 DPO progesterone, DHEA-S, adrenal (cortisol) testing, and other labs based on your history.
Yes. When appropriate, I can coordinate imaging such as pelvic ultrasounds or HSGs, and refer for further evaluation—including hysteroscopy— when indicated.
Labs and diagnostic imaging are typically billed directly to your insurance by the lab or imaging facility.
Acupuncture & Naturopathic Care
Acupuncture can support fertility by improving blood flow to the reproductive organs, supporting hormone regulation, reducing stress, and helping regulate the menstrual cycle. It is often used alongside naturopathic and conventional care.
In many cases, a combination of both provides the most comprehensive support. However, your treatment plan is always individualized based on your needs and preferences.
Logistics & Billing
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide detailed superbills with CPT and ICD-10 codes, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.
Frequency depends on your treatment plan and where you are in your cycle or fertility journey. This will be clearly outlined and adjusted as needed.
Yes. I offer direct care to my patients, which means I will be the only person you communicate with regarding your health, scheduling and any questions you have. Your care is continuous and one-on-one. You will work directly with me throughout your treatment, allowing for consistency and a deeper understanding of your case over time.
If you’re unsure whether this approach is right for you, I’m happy to help guide you.
